The Town of Evans, NY is seeking to retain a professional architecture, planning, engineering, landscape architecture and land surveying consultant firm(s) or team licensed to practice in New York State to provide master planning services for the Town of Evans Parks Master Plan and Improvement Strategy. This plan will seek to provide both short-term and long-term solutions to improve parks and public spaces infrastructure, amenities and operations, as well as develop strategies to promote economic and community development, tourism, quality of life and environmental conservation.
