The Town of Evans, NY is seeking to retain a professional architecture, planning, engineering, landscape architecture and land surveying consultant firm(s) or team licensed to practice in New York State to provide master planning services for the Sturgeon Point Marina and Bluffs Master Plan and Revitalization Strategy. This plan will seek to identify improvements to the Marina’s aging infrastructure, operational efficiency and revenue potential, as well as to closely examine the development opportunities of the 66-acres of surrounding Town-owned uplands and bluffs.
