WYOMING COUNTY BID NOTICE

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Wyoming County Water Resource Agency/Wyoming County Planning Department will accept Requests for Proposals (RFP) no later than Friday, December 22, 2023, at 3:00 pm EST at the Wyoming County Ag & Business Center, 36 Center Street, Suite C Conference Room for the following:

DEVELOP A LOCAL WATERFRONT REVITALIZATION (LWRP) PROGRAM ON BEHALF OF THE TOWN OF CASTILE, THE TOWN OF PERRY AND THE VILLAGE OF PERRY.

All RFPs should be clearly marked on the lower left corner of the outside envelope:

“LWRP – Wyoming County”

Specifications are available at the Wyoming County Planning Department from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. – Monday through Friday.  The specifications can also be found on the Wyoming County website:  https://www.wyomingco.net/Bids.aspx?BidID=118

All proposals must be accompanied by a certificate of insurance, hold harmless certification, non-collusive bidding certification, and Iranian Energy Sector Divestment.

Wyoming County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.  Submitting a proposal does not guarantee that a contract will be awarded.

The City of Mount Vernon seeks proposals from professional and experienced planning consultants (Consultant) to provide a range of consulting, planning, and technical services to help update the City’s Comprehensive Plan. Proposal will be accepted in person or via mail postdated until 4:30pm on August 25, 2022.

Request for Proposals

The Town of St. Armand is seeking proposals for the preparation of a Comprehensive Plan. The project is being funded by a 2021 Smart Growth Comprehensive Planning Grant from the New York State Department of State. The development of the St. Armand Comprehensive Plan will be driven by a robust community engagement process and will result in a planning tool and document that incorporates Smart Growth principles, addresses existing assets and local resources, identifies needs and opportunities for growth, outlines goals and priorities for future development, and reflects the vision that the current population has for this vibrant, North Country community. The selected planning consultant will work closely with the Steering Committee to develop the Comprehensive Plan through a public process that will engage a variety of stakeholders. The Town of St. Armand is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs), as well as Section 3 businesses, are encouraged to submit responses to this request. Proposals are due by 2:00pm on June 12th.
